John Winford joined Oxbow in the Fall of 2020, and brings over 6 years’ experience representing industrial and office tenants and landlords. His 8 year background in commercial lending is invaluable to his clients because of his business-centric perspective on strategic real estate decisions. His ability to understand his clients’ cashflow is an asset which ensures his clients are getting the best deals possible.
John is a Memphis, TN native, and he graduated from Ole Miss with a banking and finance degree. He and his wife, Kristi, have a son, Pearce, 2 cats and dog. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and grilling with his family.
